My Approach
Holistic support
During treatment, I take time to gently explore with you how your everyday rhythm may affect your energy, your Qi and well-being. Together we look at aspects such as sleep, rest, emotional balance or how nourishing your routine is. Healing is not just what happens in the treatment room. It’s also nurtured in the quiet moments of daily life.
Sometimes a small shift can bring the greatest change. As your therapist, I offer my observation to help shine a light on what might be out of balance - something that is difficult to notice when you’re in the midst of it.
Together, we create space for insight, clarity, and subtle yet powerful transformation.
My Methods
Acupuncture
I use fine needles placed on specific points along the meridians to stimulate the flow of Qi. Acupuncture helps release blockages and supports the body and mind in returning to a natural state of balance.
Tuina
I use Tuina, the traditional form of Chinese manual therapy to activate the flow of Qi, release tension, and support the body’s self-healing abilities. Tuina includes specific massage techniques, stretches, and pressure.
moxa
I use moxibustion to warm acupuncture points. It is the use of gentle heat from burning mugwort/Artemisia vulgaris (moxa). This deep, nourishing heat strengthens Qi and helps dispel internal cold and weakness.
Gua Sha
I use Gua Sha, the gentle scraping technique that stimulates circulation and helps release stagnated energy. It promotes detoxification, relieves pain, and strengthens the immune system.
Cupping
I place the glass cups on the skin to create a gentle vacuum. Cupping releases muscle tension, enhances blood flow, and stimulates the movement of Qi.

TCM NUTRITION
I offer guidance in using food as a form of medicine to support your inner balance. Chinese dietary therapy focuses on the energetic effects of foods and helps nourish your individual constitution.
